It was announced twice on Sunrise this morning that Kate will be on performing on Sunrise Thursday next week.

Do you happen to know what time she's gonna be performing?
UNFORTUNATELY I have school , and i have to leave like 8.30 - 8.40, will i still be able to watch her perform?

Usually guest artists do two songs. One at 7.50 & second between 8.40 - 8.50

I looked to see if there were "Studio tickets" I could apply for on 23 Oct on the Sunrise website but that day is not available. Leanne do you know anything about this, will there be studio tix available or is Kate performing in Martin Place (or on the Plaza as they refer to it)?

For next week Pink on Friday is the only artist listed to appear "Live in the Plaza." The artists on other days are listed as Live.

Kate and the full band are only doing one song "Can't Shake It" at 7.50am live to air. In the past it is in studio only with no house audience, but you can stand outside and wave through the windows ; )

I think i'll be there in spirit! As much as i would love to i'd have to catch the 5am train to get into the city... and then work.

I did it when Chris Isaak played the open air concert which was fun. Tiring but fun

ooh I saw Michael Buble there. Its unfortunate but you cant hear anything. its fun to watch even so. =)

Kate has so many different looks... she is amazing!!!!
I love the quirky fashion she created for herself, but to snap into a simple black dress with straight hair for a main stream TV appearance, she is nothing short of stunning!

Great to see.... her looks are as diverse and fantastic as her music

Can't Shake It seems to be a bit of an awkward song for Kate to sing live, voice wise that is. It's just too far "in the middle" for it to sound amazing live IMO. When she went all operatic on it the whole song went up another notch though.

Funky, I reckon if you heard this one live, in person, with Kate and band playing it with their own gear, it would sounds pretty awesome!

In my honest opinion though, its not one of her greatest performances. Its much better on the CD, and it was better when i saw it live.

I think its something to do with the crowd. If anyone here has ever been on stage, you'll know that you feed of the energy of the crowd in a way, but there's no audience in the studio, i don't think.

I think the point is there was no crowd. Outside crowd behind glass doesn't count.

Also the dance moves are too good. The fact is that Kate can shake it and she's LYING TO US!!!!

It's true! I've seen her shake it in public (I'm assuming without choreography) not too shabby at all... Unless she has a choreographed routine for her everyday life.... I need one of those because I certainly CAN'T SHAKE IT
