I read before the last tour she was doing 9-5 but it never happened.
I guess they got it to happen this time around.
I can't wait ti hear it! I think it'll be a real crowd pleaser.
I was also very pleased when Betty told me The One Thing I Know was included in the set this time

Just back from the second Byron Bay show....
what can I say...I am gobsmacked!!!
This tour is BRILLIANT...an amzing setlist and fantastic performances.
Worth every cent of the ticket price and frankly..so much more!
Twas a longer show than last tour.
20 songs performed if Im not mistaken....
10 from Curiouser
4 from Little Eve(including the nights "Twitter request")
1 from Telegraph
1 from Comikaze
3 covers including Walking On a Dream
+RUFKidding Me
9 to 5 was the Dolly Parton song.
A brilliant dramatic cover version!
There was a new bass player...wonder if this is a temporary change to band line-up?
Couldn't be happier with the show...twas sooooooooo good!
And a fantastic venue also!
I enjoyed washington very much also
I'm curious whether there were many differences between the two Byron shows?
Also, does anyone who was there tonight know the name of the amazing
Jamaican/Bollywood sounding cover version?
It was kind of a dancy electronic style song....really amazing!
I hope it gets recorded!
I wonder what last nights Twitter request was?
(Tonights was Shoebox and was fantastic!
Thanks to whoever requested it!!)

I am pretty sure the Jamaican song was Informer by Canadian singer Snow.
I am really looking forward to hearing the new material when she travels south.

Not sure why there would be a spoiler alert on this topic?
The reason the forumers come on the website is to get information and there is some choice info to be got here thanks to the dedication and sharing of others.
Vive le Revolution!
PS I am really upset that I missed Caloundra last night the band played Caveman Days, which is just about my Favorite track.

. Hope fully it will get a bit of a rerun down south. Pretty Please Kate?

Byron on 11th was my Fave KM-H gig ever.
Out of 65 that's pretty special.
I arrived at 6pm & after 20 minutes talking to Megan Washington I joined/started the Q so I could be front right. to get good photos & videos without a microphone in the way.
On 10th I was directly in front of Kate & got lots of photos of her microphone.
I went to Byron especially, as I knew it only held 220 people & was like a lecture theatre, so the front row is literally on the stage.
At The Lyric I was 7th Row - this felt really close in such a massive Theatre, but there were more people in front of me at The Lyric (6 x 45) than at each of the Byron gigs in total.
Not sure why "9 to 5" & "Informer" were dropped from setlist @ The Lyric, but, as I think you all know, Psycho Killer was the first song I heard Kate sing at WIV 05 & is still my Fave KM-H song.
Hence Psychoandy!
Caveman Days was amazing.
I even rang my wife, who's working on Xmas Island, during this song to let her hear it, as it's her Fave.
Kate was impressed when I told her that my wife heard her sing Caveman Days LIVE on Xmas Island.
I posted the below 'elsewhere' on the Forum, but this seems to be the place of discussion, so here it is again.
I went to the first 4 shows of Tour & for the first time ever, I obeyed Kate when she suggested (after Caloundra gig) not to come to the Queen Street gig as she's only playing 2 or 3 songs. Actually sang Politics, Crowd & Last Day.
"I obeyed, I obeyed, I obeyed"
I grabbed the first 3 setlists & here's my analysis of these along with the Briz one above
Firstly The Twitter requests
Byron 10th - "Ducks" for a birthday person
Byron 11th - "Shoebox" 4 me
Caloundra 12th - "I got the way" for guy sat near where I was rebelliously standing
The Lyric 13th - "I got the way" (@lmnohyes)
15 Songs played all 4 nights
Our Song
I - L I K E - U - B E T T E R
Crowd
Dreams
Space
Little Adam
Politics
Words (with Keir only - TOTALLY AMAZING guitar !!)
Walking On A Dream (Keir only - Gorgeous)
RUFK Me (wot a video - 560,000 views & counting)
Last Day On Earth
One Thing I know
God's Gift
No Truck
Encore
Can't Shake It
Extra songs
Byron 10th - 18 songs - "Ducks", "Monster" & "9 to 5" (FIRST TIME)
Byron 11th - 20 songs - "Shoebox", "9 to 5", "Supergirl", "Day After Xmas" & "Informer" (FIRST TIME)
Caloundra - 21 songs - "Shoebox", "9 to 5", "I Got The Way", "Day after Xmas", "Informer" & "CAVEMAN DAYS"
The Lyric - 20 songs - "Shoebox", "I Got The Way", "Day after Xmas", "Supergirl" & "PSYCHO KILLER"
"Caveman Days" & "Psycho Killer" were performed as the first song of 2 song Encores b4 "Can't Shake it".
Ironically these were the 2 KM-H songs on my iPod playlist of over 120 songs by 110 artists (I've seen LIVE) at my 50th birthday party.
So at first 4 gigs
79 songs of
25 different songs have been performed
Once - "Ducks" - "Monster" - "Psycho Killer" & "Caveman Days" -
Twice - "Informer" - "Supergirl" & "I Got The Way"
Thrice - "9 to 5", "Day after Xmas" & "Shoebox"
4 times - above 15 songs
I've put some photos onto my Facebook - (Andy Clark).
Hope Kate D has more, from her 2nd Row seat right in front of KM-H's keyboard at The Lyric.
I've uploaded 6 videos from Byron on 11th onto my YouTube (psychoandy689) & 5 more are uploading now, including "God's Gift" where Kate talks to me Mid-song re how many times I've seen her perform. Was 63 then & now it's 65 gigs & once in Opera & once at Lord Mayors Xmas Carols (2003).
And today Kate performed "The Voice".
Steve rang me during this song, just before the final song of "Can't shake it". I think he's obsessed. Is there any other way to be?

I've added Better to the Supergirl Row to prove there can only be 1 Supergirl at any KM-H gig at Byron or North on this Tour. $ gigs, 2 with Betty @ & 2 wioth Supergirl played.

Psycho Andy, Thank you very very much for posting the videos. For those of us in Tas, out of reach of live shows (MS fest doesn't count - I have no interest in the other bands), you've done a fabulous service. And I'm amazed at how good the quality is!
Here's hoping for a Hobart gig next time around.

No worries Ants.
Wednesday was my 63rd KM-H gig & my best ever gig by KM-H.
Not just cause Kate chatted to me in middle of "God's Gift" but the whole setting was perfect for me.
I hope you're not the only "overseas" person who watches & loves my 12 videos from 11th of 11th (it'd be the same Date in American too - 11/11/09).
I'd be delighted if any of these 12 go viral, like my RUFKMe HiFi video did.
I asked Keir about putting SubTitles onto "Informer" to try to beat the 570,000 views my RUFKMe video got, but he didn't jump at the chore.
The QUALITY was due to it being on my video camera, not my "point & shoot" camera.
Same as my GOMA & Woodford videos from 08 & BDO 09.
